As an award-winning architectural designer based on Suffolk’s Heritage Coast, I work with clients both locally and nationally, creating thoughtful residential and commercial spaces with a strong connection to nature and place.

Over the past 12 years, I’ve developed an approach to design centred around a simple belief:

Whether designing a home, workplace or commercial environment, I focus on natural light, sustainable materials and biophilic principles to create spaces that feel calm, timeless and considered architecture that responds to its surroundings rather than competing with them.

A seamless experience from first sketch to final detail.

Designing a successful project is about far more than producing drawings. Throughout every stage of the process, I work closely with a trusted network of structural engineers, chartered architectural technologists, surveyors, planning consultants, estate agents and specialist CGI artists to ensure every aspect of your project is carefully considered. Rather than coordinating multiple consultants yourself, you'll have a single point of contact throughout the journey. I oversee the process, bring together the right expertise at the right time and ensure every consultant works towards the same shared vision. This collaborative approach provides a smoother experience, clearer communication and confidence that every decision is being made with the success of your project in mind.

My wife and I were introduced to Tony Ryder through a friend in Woodbridge. Having visited two of Tony’s properties and met with him to discuss our initial brief we immediately engaged Tony over all other architects.

What makes Tony the best in his field is he approaches projects as if “he is the builder” this means that you get practical solutions to problems and cost control. When this is combined with imaginative and creative design he is simply beyond compare.
